At Midtown, your membership unlocks access to everything that makes this club extraordinary. Play on our indoor and outdoor pickleball and tennis courts without ever paying a court fee. Enjoy unlimited golf simulator time, practice on the putting green, work out in our fully equipped fitness center, relax by the pool, and unwind in the steam rooms—all included.

The only things you’ll ever pay for are what you choose to eat, drink, or purchase in the Pro Shop. This is how private club living should be.

Designed for Effortless Access

Your membership includes a personal membership number and full access to The Club at Midtown app, where you can:

• Reserve courts and simulators.
• Book restaurant tables.
• Enter the property through secure gates.
• Charge purchases directly to your account.
• To provide a seamless experience, a 22% gratuity will be automatically added on food and drink served when a tip has not been indicated.

We’ve built Midtown so that you never have to wait to play, dine, or relax.

Membership Options

Gold Membership

For an individual person.

• One-time initiation fee: $15,000
• Monthly dues: $425/month

Members may bring the same guest up to five (5) times per year and may bring immediate family member guests up to twelve (12) times per year.

Platinum Membership

For an individual Applicant, and his/her undersigned legal spouse / live-in partner (if any), and dependent children under 18 years of age or student with valid ID 21 years of age or under.

• One-time initiation fee: $15,000
• Monthly dues: $525/month

Members may bring the same guest up to five (5) times per year and may bring immediate family member guests up to twelve (12) times per year.

Young Professionals Membership

For an individual Applicant ages 21-39. Features a reduced initiation fee and more flexible payment structure.

• One-time initiation fee: $10,000
  • $5000 due open joining. Remainding $5000 deferred until the member’s 40th birthday.
• Platinum monthly dues: $425/month
• Gold monthly dues: $325/month

Monthly dues will increase to regular rates at the member’s 40th birthday.

Members may bring the same guest up to five (5) times per year and may bring immediate family member guests up to twelve (12) times per year.

Out-of-Town Membership

For an individual Applicant whose primary residence is at least 100 miles from The Club at Midtown. Designed for those who spend part of the year in the Wilmington area.

• One-time initiation fee: $12,000
• Gold or Platinum monthly dues: $225/month

Members may bring the same guest up to five (5) times per year and may bring immediate family member guests up to twelve (12) times per year.

Flexible Initiation Fee Payment Plan

We understand that the initiation fee is an important consideration when evaluating membership. To provide greater flexibility, we are introducing an installment plan for all eligible membership categories.

Because our membership offerings include different initiation fees, the payment schedule will vary depending on the applicable fee. The following is an example of the proposed payment structure for a $12,000 initiation fee:

• At Enrollment: $6,000 plus a $500 administrative fee
• Three-Month Milestone: $2,000 toward the remaining initiation fee balance, plus a $100 administrative fee.
• Six-Month Milestone: $2,000 toward the remaining initiation fee balance, plus a $100 administrative fee.
• Nine-Month Milestone: Final $2,000 initiation fee balance, plus a $100 administrative fee.

Total Initiation Fee: $12,000
Additional Administrative Fees: $800

How to Secure Your Membership

Joining is simple – but availability is limited.

1. Submit your online application and $100 application fee
2. Receive your welcome materials and membership agreement
3. Sign via DocuSign and submit your $7,500 deposit
4. When the property receives its certificate of occupancy, your remaining $7,500 is due
5. Enjoy VIP access and our Grand Opening within 30 days
