Now that you’ve seen our plans and world-class amenities, here’s how to secure your place in what will soon be Wilmington’s premier private club. With construction well underway and our grand opening scheduled for this September, we are now accepting applications for a small number of founding memberships.

Once the final memberships are sold, enrollment will close.

At Midtown, your membership unlocks unlimited access to everything that makes this club extraordinary. Play on our indoor and outdoor pickleball courts, tennis courts, and padel courts without ever paying a court fee. Enjoy unlimited golf simulator time, practice on the putting green, work out in our fully equipped fitness center, relax by the pool, and unwind in the saunas—all included.

The only things you’ll ever pay for are what you choose to eat, drink, or purchase in the Pro Shop. This is how private club living should be.

Designed for Effortless Access

Your membership includes a personal membership number and full access to The Club at Midtown app, where you can:

• Reserve courts and simulators.
• Book restaurant tables.
• Enter the property through secure gates.
• Charge purchases directly to your account.
• To provide a seamless experience, an 18% gratuity will be automatically added on food and drink served when a tip has not been indicated.

We’ve built Midtown so that you never have to wait to play, dine, or relax.

We are opening with sales of 200 Founding Members. Each membership includes a one-time $10,000 initiation fee, with two options:

Gold Membership – $300/month
For an individual person.

Members may also bring the same guest up to five times per year for only $40 per visit.

 Platinum Membership – $375/month
For an individual Applicant, and his/her undersigned legal spouse / live-in partner (if any), and dependent children under 18 years of age or student with valid ID 21 years of age or under.

Founding Members Receive Lifetime Recognition & VIP Status

The first members to join Midtown will be designated Founding Members, a status that will never be offered again. Founders receive:

• Permanent placement on our Founder’s Wall inside the clubhouse
• Two years of priority reservations for courts, simulators, and events
• VIP access to exclusive soft-opening experiences
• A 15% lifetime Pro Shop discount
• A $250 dining and bar credit
• A Founding Member welcome package including:
  • Four guest passes
  • A custom vehicle license plate
  • Official Club at Midtown Apparel

Risk-Free Membership

We stand behind the Midtown experience. If you are not completely satisfied within your first 30 days, your initiation fee will be refunded in full, minus any charges on your account and a $250 processing fee.

At The Club at Midtown you will never receive an assessment.

How to Secure Your Membership

Joining is simple – but availability is limited.

1. Submit your online application and $100 application fee
2. Upon approval, receive your welcome materials and membership agreement
3. Sign via DocuSign and submit your $5,000 deposit
4. When the property receives its certificate of occupancy, your remaining $5,000 is due
5. Enjoy VIP access and our Grand Opening within 30 days
